The Komodo" DRAGON"
is a kind of giant lizard, and the only animal of its kind
that has survived. they still inhabit parts of flores,
particularly the island of Komodo. |

At two fixed location, visitor can watch their behaviors. the
Komodo National Park includes the water around komodo island, Rinca and some other tiny island in the group. the park is
59.000, hectares large.
such giant have also been found around manggarai, Riung-ngada
and even in the northern areas in the ende regency.
The island of Komodo and manggarai in west flores can now be
reach by ferry from sape on sumbawa island, and from labuhan
Bajo in manggaraiwest flores, daily flight from Denpasar. |

Komodo island is 20 miles away from labuhan Bajo by boat the
trips take 4 hrs, the alternative is charter Boat from sape in
sumbawa island. |

Day 1: Mataram - Labuhan Bajo
( Flores )
Upon arrival at L.Bajo Airport
Flores, transfer direct to hotel. After lunch in a
local restaurant, spend the afternoon Tour Labuhan
Bajo city by local "Benhur" pony cart. overnight
in Labuhan Bajo Flores.
Day 2: Labuhan
Bajo - Komodo Island
After breakfast
transfer to L. Bajo harbor to Cross the Sape
strait by open fishing boat to Komodo Island
(approx. 4 hrs). Lunch on the boat. Arrival late
afternoon at Loh Liang, then set out on foot for a
30 minutes walk to the feeding ground of the
komodo, in a small valley which ensures safe
observation as the huge reptiles attack their
captive prey, their tails lashing as they vie for
the right to an easy dinner. Return to the Boat
for Dinner and overnight on the
Boat.
Day 3 : Komodo - Rinca - L.
Bajo
Continue to red beach, the beach with
pink color sand; snorkeling and waiting for
breakfast.
after breakfast continue to Rinca
island and explore tha other habitat of the
dragon, here the komodo more wild then in komodo
island, beware your legs. then sail back to L.
Bajo, arrive in labuhan Bajo around 4 o'clock then
check in to hotel for overnight.
Day 4
: After breakfast, transfers to the airport
for the return flight.

Upon arrival at Selaparang
Airport, transfer to your hotel (senggigi-lombok).
Dinner and over night.
Day 1
: Senggigi - Sumbawa
After breakfast
transfer you to Labuhan Lombok harbor to get the
ferry to Sumbawa Island. On the way to Sumbawa
Besar we stop over at Bungin Island, known as the
land of coral and white sand beach. Lunch en
route. Dinner and over night in Sumbawa Besar. |

Day 2 : Sumbawa -
Bima
After breakfast we visit Dalam
Loka Palace, Yellow House, and Buffalo Race.
Afterwards drive you to Bima. On the way we
visit some other nice place.. Lunch en route.
Dinner and over night at L'AMBITU
hotel.
Day 3 : Bima - Sape
- Komodo
After breakfast transfer
to Sape harbor to start sailing to Komodo
Island.Lunch on the boat. Around 1 p.m. arrive
in Komodo. At 4 p.m. start exploring the island
to see the dragon's activity at Banu Nggulung.
Dinner and over night at Park Ranger's
house.
Day 4: Komodo -
sape Bima
After breakfast, we sail
to Red Beach for snorkelling. Lunch on the boat.
By afternoon arrive at Sape harbor, direct
transfer to Bima. Dinner and over night in
hotel.
Day 5 : After
breakfast, transfer to Airport for your next
destination or Drive back to
lombok. |
